Emmanuel Goodglory is the Founder and CEO of Techness Media Network, an Information Technology Specialist and Organization Development Consultant. He has over eighteen (18) years working experience in the information technology industry, and six (6) years working experience as an OD consultant and facilitator. 

He specializes in Website Development, Management Information Systems, Graphic Designing, Online Course Creation, Digital Marketing, Virtual Event Management, Online Teaching & Facilitation, ICT Skills Training, Blogging, Data Entry & Analysis, Research, Emotional Intelligence, Team Building, Leadership Training, Career Counseling and Coaching. 

He holds Master of Science in Information Technology from the Wisconsin International University College, Ghana, Master of Arts in Organization Development from the OD Institute, Ghana, a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Linguistics from the University of Ghana, Legon, and several professional certificates in information technology. 

His research interests are in ICT Innovations, Online Education, Adult Education, Organizational Development, Systems & Change, TVET Education, STEM Education and Health & Wellness.

Esther Addo is a passionate and dynamic Computer Science graduate from Accra Technical University, with a keen interest in graphic design, web development, and IT system audit. Equipped with a solid foundation in computer science, I bring creativity and technical expertise to every project I undertake.

She is dedicated to staying at the forefront of technology trends, ensuring a versatile skill set that blends innovation with practical solutions. She is eager to contribute her skills and enthusiasm to the ever-evolving field of technology.

Joshua Akanyife is an IT graduate from Valley View University with expertise in web technologies, management information systems, data analytics, and databases. With four years of experience as a course instructor and IT personnel at Modal College, he combines teaching and practical skills.

Joshua has three years of hands-on experience as a data analyst, demonstrating a keen understanding of data and a knack for deriving actionable insights. He is also a partner at JB Tech Academy, contributing to the institution’s mission of providing high-quality analytics training. 

Joshua’s dynamic skill set and commitment make him a valuable contributor to the IT and data analytics landscape.

We invite passionate female facilitators who can train learners in digital skills, online tools, and basic-to-intermediate ICT.
Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering ICT and digital-skills training (in-person or online)
  • Preparing learning materials and practical exercises
  • Guiding learners to acquire hands-on digital competencies
  • Supporting ICT empowerment programs and training events

ICT Support Technicians

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and track action items.
  • Draft, proofread, and format professional correspondence and reports.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
  • Support HR in onboarding, employee records, and policy implementation.
